Due to the substantial increase in our business, we are currently looking for a new Talent Acquisition Recruiter for our office, to continue our growth.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Define and execute winning strategies for recruitment to fill the hiring targets across our company
- Manage the recruitment process end-to-end and drive innovative resourcing to attract the best talent with different skill sets from different industries (IT and Finanacial)
- Build strategic relationships with senior leaders to take our recruitment capability to the next level
**Profil**:
- Degree in Information Technology or comparable qualification
- Minimum of three years professional experience in IT/IS or similar areas preferably within the financial industry
- Elevated understanding of IT methodologies and technologies or willing to learn.
- Innovative and service-oriented personality who is dedicated to deliver high quality work
- Flexible and committed team player with the ability to work independently in the execution of audit assignments
- Structured and goal-oriented work approach with strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in french and another language
- Team player, fast learner and an active listener with strong interpersonal communication skills
- Willingness to travel 3 to 4 weeks per year in switzerland
