The Senior EDD Officer provides support to the EDD manager with the reviews and approval of High-Risk customers for SARL and eCUK. The position is based in Luxembourg.

**What You Will Accomplish**:

- Independently review and approve High-Risk customers, including Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) and Special Interest Persons (SIPs), ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead the Periodic Review process for Low and Medium Risk sellers, completing reviews and providing vital approvals to maintain compliance.
- Co-lead the monthly Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) committee alongside the EDD Manager, ensuring senior management oversight and approval of EDD/PEP processes and reviews.
- Support the EDD Manager in various tasks, such as reviewing Policies and Standards and assisting with AML audits, to strengthen the compliance framework.
- Collaborate with Compliance Operations colleagues, assist with critical issues, and improve the EDD process while maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Take initiative on departmental projects and tasks as advised by the EU Chief Compliance Officer or the EDD Manager, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

**What You Will Bring**:

- Demonstrated ability in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or a similar compliance function, including internal or external audit experience.
- Additional Compliance certifications, which will be considered a valuable asset.
- Extensive knowledge of Compliance regulations and laws to effectively manage and mitigate risks.
- Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating clear and effective interaction.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, along with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
