**| Your challenges?**:
- Collaborate with Level 1 support team members to ensure proper escalation and resolution of issues across all communication channels.
- Document and track support tickets, including detailed descriptions of issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions, regardless of the channel used for support.
- Conduct research and recommend solutions or workarounds for complex technical problems, providing clear instructions through written communication channels.
- Assist with user account management, including creating, modifying, and disabling user accounts, utilizing appropriate tools and platforms.
- Perform software installations, updates, and patches on workstations through remote deployment tools or step-by-step instructions provided via written communication channels.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software, providing guidance remotely or through detailed written instructions.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and advancements, actively seeking knowledge through online resources, forums, and training programs.
