Based in Luxembourg, this role will be working within Real Estate Corporate Finance on a wide range of asset valuations and other corporate advisory projects, along with assisting with business development opportunities.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Lead work streams on a broad array of valuations and other real estate corporate advisory projects
- Manage the team to deliver successful projects, ensuring high quality deliverables and analysis, leading edge insights and adding value to clients.
- Take responsibility for the preparation of clear client reports and other deliverables
- This role will involve exposure to a broad array of investment asset types and locations
- Present analysis results to your clients and maintain a trusting relationship.
- Identify new business opportunities and pitch to clients, including the preparation and presentation of proposals.

**Requirements**:

- Strong real estate background with at least 8 years of experience either in real estate agencies, consultancy, or investment banking.
- Executed/reviewed significant real estate valuation engagements for a range of purposes
- You have strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to lead teams to produce outstanding results for your clients.
- You possess advanced valuation skills, and have a good understanding of real estate capital markets.
