**_Für die VP Fund Solutions (Luxembourg) SA suchen wir eine engagierte Nachwuchskraft im PE/RE Portfolio Management Team. Als Junior PE/RE-Portfoliomanager arbeitest Du eng mit unseren motivierten und erfahrenen Portfoliomanagern zusammen. Interessierst Du Dich für alternative Anlageklassen wie Immobilien-, Private-Equity-, Venture-Capital - und Infrastrukturfonds ("PE/RE-Anlageklassen")?_** **_In dieser Funktion wirst Du hauptsächlich für das Portfoliomanagement alternativer Anlageklassen zuständig sein, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf Immobilienprojekten liegt, Du aber auch in anderen Anlageklassen tätig sein wirst. Dazu gehört die Zusammenarbeit mit den Anlageberatern bei der Bewertung von Finanzinformationen und der Prüfung von Investitionsmöglichkeiten, die dem AIFM unter Berücksichtigung der verschiedenen Strategien und Beschränkungen der Investmentfonds vorgelegt werden._** **Deine Herausforderung**: - Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Due-Diligence-Prüfungen und Berichten über Investitionsmöglichkeiten (einschließlich AML-KYC-Prüfungen) - Verantwortung für die laufende Überwachung der Vermögenswerte der PE/RE-Fonds - Unterstützung der Portfoliomanager bei der Bewertungsprüfung und Analyse der Performance der Investitionen - Aufbau und Ausbau von ESG-Expertise - Teilnahme an den Sitzungen des Investitionsausschusses - Erstellung verschiedener Berichte z.B. für die Investitionsausschüsse und den AIFM-Vorstand - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen (Risikomanagement & Compliance, Depotbank) sowie externe Parteien (Wirtschaftsprüfer, Berater, General Partner) - Entwicklung und Ausbau von Fach - und Marktkenntnissen. **Dein Profil**: - Master-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finanzwissenschaften oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang - Ausgeprägtes Verständnis und Interesse für die Anlageklassen Private Equity, Immobilien und Infrastruktur - Du bist wissbegierig und hast eine ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, über verschiedenste Kanäle zu Fachthemen zu recherchieren und dieses Wissen weiterzugeben - Detailorientierte Arbeitsweise mit starken analytischen Fähigkeiten - Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, sowohl selbstständig als auch in einem motivierten Team zu arbeiten - Gutes Zeitmanagement, Flexibilität und die Fähigkeit, auch unter Druck effizient zu arbeiten und dabei Fristen einzuhalten - Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse des Microsoft Office-Pakets, insbesondere Excel - Fließende Deutsch - und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift) sind ein Muss, Französisch oder weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
