**Business Analyst**
**Tasks**
- Performing gap analysis and analysing new regulations in the light of the previous ones and highlighting the business impacts
- Identifying and managing requirements change and their global implications, including management and traceability of requirements
- Producing accurate documentation related to existing (As-Is) or future (To-Be) processes
- Providing high-quality verbal and written deliverables (including proposals, client presentations and documents) to effectively communicate project findings
- Implementing approved recommendations in collaboration with team members or internal experts
- Getting hands-on experience in the day-to-day activities of Financial Institutions, project and change management, e.g. statutory reporting production, enhancement of existing processes, implementation of new regulatory requirements

**Qualifications**
- Master's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or in a Business-related field
- Fluent in English and French.
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues and develop solutions.
- Strong interest in and passion for the Financial Industry - could be broadly interested or in a specific function like regulation & compliance, risk framework, advanced analytics and/or data management
- Previous experience working as a Business Analyst is an asset
- Relevant professional experience delivering Risk and/or Finance Projects in the banking industry is an asset
- Proven experience working effectively with people at all levels in an organization is an asset
