**Working at Mileway**

**What you’ll effectively do**:
Reporting to the Country Finance Manager responsible for the Upper Structures entities of our organisation and embedded in a team of accountants, you will be part of the Investment Accounting team supporting their daily operations.

Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Day to day accounting for **HoldCos including, bank reconciliations, invoice review, monthly accruals, intercompany reconciliations, internal financig bookeeping of accrued interest, etc.;**:

- Assist in preparation of supporting schedules - loan and interest calculations,
- Intercompany reconciliations and regular intercompany settlements where applicable;
- Assistance to the (interim) audit process, ensuring completion on a timely basis;
- Assistance on the internal financing documentation, ensuring all internal financing is properly documented.
- Assistance on recharge processes along the structure
- Support senior team members on ad hoc requests

Other Responsibilities
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives for all financial reporting processes;
- Liase with other teams in order to ensure consistent accouting treatment approach
- Liasing with Legal team ensuring all legal documentation is properly in place
- Ad hoc project work;

**Who you are**
- Student in Finance
- Accounting having to perform an academic internship
- Recent graduate wishing to perform a practical internship within 12 months following graduation
- Holder of a Luxembourg work authorization

**What you’ll bring**
- Strong attention to details and accuracy
- Your flexibility and ability to multitask and set priorities among a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Your positive attitude. You bring energy and you are a team player
- Very good written and verbal English skills.
- Good command in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel )

**The internship is starting as soon as you can for ideally a period of 6 months.**
