**What You’ll Do?**
- **Support Sales**: Collaborate with internal and external sales teams to drive new opportunities and projects, expanding our customer base.
- **Project Coordination**: Keep a close eye on ongoing projects, ensuring timely delivery and smooth communication between stakeholders.
- **Quotation and Order Management**: Prepare quote packages and track them through to successful order completion.
- **Customer Engagement**: Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exploring potential new business.
- **Develop Your Career**: With time, you’ll take on your own customer accounts and key responsibilities, offering a path to long-term growth within the company.

**What Are we Looking For?**
- A degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration with a strong technical foundation
- A proactive, results-driven mindset, with strong interpersonal and integration skills, making you an effective team player.
- Work experience in an international environment is a plus
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and project engagements.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
