As** Business Analyst and Product Owner,** you will work in the IT department and report directly to the IT Manager. You will be the vital link between our information technology and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software. On top of those responsibilities you will be in charge from A to Z of one of our internal product.

**Your main responsibilities**:

- You will define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements;
- You will support in designing, documenting and maintaining system processes;
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations;
- You will constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value;
- You must understand needs and facilitate the discussion of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders;
- You will have to identify the current
- and future-state business processes and needs;
- You will be in charge of determining operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats;
- You improve systems, recommend controls, maintain system protocols;
- You will design new processes and defines project requirements;
- You are responsible to the preparation of technical reports;
- You will support testing of new developments, in both preparation (writing of test cases, making test plans) and the performance of these tests;
- You might also operate on the different IT systems (including on weekends and holidays) in case of emergency or exceptional business needs.

**Your background**:

- You have a degree in IT/Computer Science/Other and a proven experience in a similar role of +/- 5 years;
- You are fluent in English with excellent written and spoken skills; knowledge of French would be an asset;
- An experience in the energy market is welcomed You are an expert on database, MS SQL and/or PostgreSQL.

**Your main skills**:

- You have strong command of Microsoft Office;
- You are able to work autonomously and to manage multiple interlocutors;
- You have solid organisational skills and show a ability to handle multi-tasking;
- You are solution oriented and show an analytical mind-set;
- You are recognized as a reliable team member and demonstrate proactivity to get things done;
- You have strong communication skills at all level of the organisation.

**What do we offer**:

- Salary paid on 13 months basis;
- 31 days holidays per year;
- Up to 40% of home office for Luxemburgish residents, 25%max for non residents;
- 150 Euros per month towards transportation (Bus/Train) or full reimbursement of parking tickets outside the office;
