This a great opportunity to join a newly created entity part of large international firm and contribute to the development of Oversight Function. You will support the Operations Manager & Head of department in the creating of this new business line. Responsibilities:

- Ensure daily controls on delegated functions, including IT activities, NAV calculation process, reporting, KPI monitoring, and more.
- Create, implement, and develop the oversight function.
- Contribute to the review, redaction, or implementation of processes for existing or new delegation models.
- Conduct due diligence activities to oversee delegated operational functions.
- Review KPIs, operational reports, and ICT systems as well as report, correct, and implement solutions for identified issues.
- Maintain efficient work processes and contribute to various projects.
- Provide guidance and make sure all colleagues are trained in newly established processes
- Identify process improvements, policy enhancements, and service innovations to enhance the client experience.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in relevant field (Fund’s Industry, Fiduciary, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg regulatory framework
- Problem solver, proactive and detail-oriented
- Fluent in English & French
