Senior Relationship Manager (w/m/d)

**Dein Aufgabenportfolio**:

- Du bist der zentrale Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und stehst ihnen bei allen Fragen des täglichen Fondsgeschäfts zur Seite.
- Du betreust die Kunden insbesondere bei allen Themen rund um die Auflage und Verwaltung von Investmentfonds (Publikumsfonds und AIFs) nach deutschem, Luxemburger und Liechtensteiner Recht.
- Du beantwortest und koordinierst die Anfragen der Kunden, erarbeitest passende Lösungen und sorgst für höchste Zufriedenheit. Dabei arbeitest Du mit den Fachabteilungen und externen Dienstleistern wie z.B. Brokern, Verwahrstellen oder Fondsbuchhaltung zusammen.

**Deine Assets**:

- Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Bezug zur Finanzindustrie und/oder ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches/mathematisches Studium.
- Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Client Relationship Manager oder einer vergleichbaren Position.
- Du hast ein fundiertes Wissen über Investmentfonds, die Wertpapierbereiche und die verschiedenen Anlageinstrumente im Allgemeinen.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit allen gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel und verfügst über erstklassige Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Du hast Spaß am intensiven Kontakt mit Kunden und Dienstleistern und die Fähigkeit, auch mal über den Tellerrand hinauszuschauen.
- Du bist Teamplayer und Organisationstalent und übernimmst eigenverantwortlich Aufgaben und Projekte.
