Founded in 1994, **Maison Moderne is the leading independent media company** based in Luxembourg. Our activities are organised in three business lines: a **Publishing House**, home to our influential media brands **Paperjam;** a **Brand Studio**, which advises companies and institutions on their communications strategies; and a **Business Club**, the main business club and networking platform in Luxembourg and the Greater Region. **Kamel Amroune** (CEO of The Dots) and **Mike Koedinger** (CEO of Maison Moderne, publisher of Paperjam) have founded **NEXUS2025** in 2024, **must-attend international tech event of tomorrow in Luxembourg**After a spectacular first edition bringing together 5,600 participants from 50 countries, 312 speakers, 150 startups, 100 exhibitors, and 640 networking sessions, NEXUS2025 has firmly established Luxembourg as a global hub for technology and innovation. The event attracted experts, investors, media, and institutional representatives from around the world**.**

**Paperjam Club** and **NEXUS2025** are seeking an **Event Communication Officer (M/F/x)** to join the adventure and accelerate their development, grow the events, and strengthen then international reach.

**Your main responsibilities**:

- **Global coordination of communication**:

- Develop and follow a strategic communication plan for **NEXUS2025** and **Paperjam Club**.
- Manage advertising campaigns, graphic design requests, and communication materials to ensure an optimal experience for members, exhibitors, and visitors.
- **Creating inspiring content**:

- Write captivating content in English, and potentially in French, including press releases, website articles, and newsletters.
- **Social media management**:

- Design and produce engaging content for social media platforms (videos, visuals, texts).
- **Media partnerships**:

- Identify, develop, and manage collaborations with international media to maximize the impact of our events.
- **International visibility**:

- Continuously increase the visibility of our events in the international press and among new audiences.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Proven experience in event or corporate communication.
- Strong writing skills (English is essential, French is a plus).
- Proficiency in social media and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
- Knowledge of international media and the ability to establish strategic partnerships.
- Creative and organized mindset, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
