**Your Role...**:
The Communication Officer executes internal communication and/or marketing activities for the Interdisciplinary Centre of Security and Trust (SnT):

- Execute on an integrated communication strategy for internal communications
- Facilitate the information exchange within the organization and contribute to the implementation of communication strategies and the achievement of communication objectives
- Maintain communication and marketing tools including both internal and external mailing lists, registration forms, and our newsletter platform (Brevo)
- Organise SnT staff assemblies (twice a year, catering and activities within a defined budget), and other smaller internal events
- Design communication and marketing materials (posters, visuals) using Canva
- Writing editorial content for primarily internal audiences (for the intranet and monthly newsletter)
- Creating quick production (iphone) videos for primarily internal audiences
- Monitor the performance of communications activities and submit reporting (event data, annual communication survey)
- Support the activities of the communications team on an ad-hoc basis

**Your Profile...**:

- A degree with a specialization in communication and/or marketing
- Work experience in a similar position is a strong asset
- Fluency in English is required
- Fluency in French is a strong asset
- Skills in digital marketing, communication and data analysis are desirable
- Skills in design and command of relevant software are desirable
- Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at a number of levels
