**We are seeking a Campus Recruiter**

Business Services are the backbone of KPMG, crucial to setting our business on the path to success. Our Business Services staff connect the dots, converging the right people and the right technologies to ensure an exemplary, effective and signature client experience.

**What you will be working on**

**Build relationship with universities and business schools**
- contribute to development, planning and execution of major university events, help with event logistics,
- promote KPMG Luxembourg by attending campus events, job fairs, student organizations and on-site events like university visits, recruitment days and selection centers,
- design and facilitate company and HR presentations, coordinate events, welcoming students and attend workshops in line with our recruitment strategy,
- identify and attract talents for current open vacancies, introduce our opportunities to them,

**Employer branding activities**
- Partner with Marketing & Communications team to develop campus marketing activities, campaigns, and goodies in close collaboration with the Campus Team
- take part in the Talent Attraction and employer branding communication strategy by supporting content development and using the appropriate channels such as social networks, career website,

**Provide data analytics and reporting**
- measure and track a variety of campus recruitment metrics to determine success and evaluate continued growth opportunities, monitor and benchmark event efficiency in collaboration with the Supervisor calculate the ROI of events,

**What we look for**
- You hold a Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources, Brand and Marketing Management or Business Administration
- Proven experience in campus recruitment or a related HR function through a previous internship is considered as an asset
- Strong time management skills & networking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to travel to various campuses and events as needed **(around 40% of the time - driving license is required)**:

- Enthusiastic and proactive approach to recruitment
- Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process
- You are fluent in French and have an very good English level
- You have a real taste about social network (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook)
