At Jan De Nul Group, payroll processing is not outsourced. We are currently looking for an experienced Payroll Officer for our office in Capellen, Luxembourg. As an essential member of our HR team, the Payroll Officer will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of the salaries of our domestic and international employees, employed under various social and fiscal systems.

**Your main tasks and responsibilities**:

- Autonomously collect, interpret, and validate performance data and allocations through various communication channels.
- Carefully integrate data into payroll processing and perform all operational tasks, such as calculating net salaries and preparing payment orders.
- Ensure accurate internal and external reporting and declarations, such as to social security, withholding taxes, insurances, and more.
- Stay updated with changes in social legislation and adjust them within the payroll programs.

**Profile**:
You should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, economics, or administrative direction, or equivalent experience. Preferably, you have extensive knowledge in payroll administration and, ideally, in social legislation. You must have thorough knowledge of MS Office tools, including Word and Excel. You should be fluent in English and French, customer-focused, accessible, and able to maintain the necessary discretion.
