Founded in 1994, Maison Moderne is the leading independent media company based in Luxembourg. Our activities are organised in three business lines: a Publishing House, home to our influential media brands Paperjam and Delano; a Brand Studio, which advises companies and institutions on their communications strategies; and a Business Club, the main business club and networking platform in Luxembourg and the Greater Region.
We are looking for a highly motivated and talented:
Strategic Assistant to the CEO (m/w)
You will support the CEO by successfully managing various strategic projects that require a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
Your role and activities
Your main activities will include:
- Manage strategic projects: analyse, measure, estimate, plan and prioritise projects and tasks in close cooperation with the CEO as well as other company leaders
- Monitor, drive and communicate projects’ status and progress
- Conceptualise and write projects documentation
- Collect, prepare and document meetings and ensure meeting follow-ups (agenda, support documentation, minutes, tasks, etc.)
- Problem solving in a high-paced environment
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies and processes in place
- Support and prepare corporate communication (draft internal messages, presentations, etc.)
- Manage the CEO’s agenda
- Liaise with members of the board of directors, the executive committee as well as external partners About you
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communication, marketing, management or from a business school and you have at least 3 years of significant experience in a similar role;
- Organised, you have good project management skills;
- A forward-looking thinker, you are proactive and able to manage projects autonomously, but with a strong team spirit;
- You are able to handle complex situations and prioritise a large number of concurrent tasks, with pragmatism and optimism;
- You have an advanced level of MS Office and have experience with collaborative and project management tools;
- You have good interpersonal skills, an open mind and an excellent sense of communication;
- You have good writing and analytical skills and are able to summarise important information quickly;
- You are fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
