**Your tasks**:

- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Validate and deliver product increments, meeting quality standards and integration requirements
- Plan and manage the product roadmap, aligning with customer needs and business objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts for smooth product releases and adoption
- Drive customer-centric innovation by integrating customer insights throughout the development process
- Define and implement the overall technical strategy and architecture for the tribe's products, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
- Lead the selection and adoption of appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for software development and cloud-based infrastructure
- Oversee the design and implementation of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing
- Drive cloud adoption and migration strategies, leveraging cloud-native technologies and services to optimize product performance and cost-efficiency
- Ensure the implementation of best practices in software development, including code quality, security, and performance optimization
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on the tribe's products and recommending adoption where appropriate
- Oversee sprint planning, resource allocation, and capacity planning to meet development demands
- Lead agile initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track product success and user engagement
- Plan and allocate budgets for the Products Tribe
