**Senior Corporate Officer - Key Player in Finance, Flexibility
We are currently assisting our partner, a dynamic fiduciary with an **international dimension** in Gasperich, in the search for a Senior Corporate Officer.
This fiduciary is known on the market for the high quality of its services and its strong international network as it has become a very important player on the financial market in the past years. Today, the fiduciary is represented by more than 100 employees in total. Its headquarters is located in Luxembourg, but the structure also has many offices abroad.

As part of the fiduciary’s development, the Senior Corporate Officer will be in charge of managing the corporate life of a client portfolio of Soparfi and Alternative Investment Funds. As the fiduciary wants to offer every employee autonomy, you will have **direct contact with the clients** and develop new skills on a daily basis.
**Your Responsibilities **|** Senior Corporate Officer - Fiduciary - Legal - Corporate**
- You are in charge of your portfolio from the **constitution up to the liquidation** of companies (primarily Soparfi, Alternative Investment Funds).
- You prepare and organize board and shareholder meetings, ordinary and extraordinary general meetings and draft the minutes.
- You handle all necessary contacts with third parties such as lawyers, notaries and banks.
- You file the annual accounts and legal documentation on the RCS.

- You have **between 3 years and 7 years of experience** as Corporate / Legal Officer in a Fiduciary, Trust or Financial service provider in Luxembourg.
- You are fluent in **French **and have a good level of **English**. Any other language, especially German or Luxembourgish, will be considered a strong advantage.
- You are autonomous in your function and able to handle your portfolio from the constitution to the liquidation.
- You want to join a dynamic fiduciary with an outstanding reputation on the market and a good (but natural) growth.
