Hamlet Consulting Luxembourg is an international Management and Technology consulting firm founded in 2003 in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. We are human-sized company (+50 consultants) with a large diversity (+10 nationalities) and where working balance does matter. We operate as well in Belgium, France, and Switzerland. We aim to continue our international expansion.

We are currently extending our Management Transformation team and looking for an **Consultant/Senior Consultant specialized in Data Management**. We value cross-experience backgrounds in industry and services, especially in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, and Manufacturing to contribute to the development and growth of the Data Science & BI practice by contributing to the creation of go-to-market strategies, proposals, and supporting materials.

**Your profile**:

- From 2 to 6 years of experience in data management, analytics, or business intelligence, ideally in a consulting environment.
- Master’s degree in data science, Mathematics, Econometrics, Business Analytics, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles in Supply Chain or Logistics.
- Familiarity with data management best practices and governance frameworks.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and programming languages (SQL, Python, and R).
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, etc.) and compliance.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Fluency in English and French required, German, or Luxembourgish is a plus.
- Business-driven, entrepreneurial, and able to synthesize information.
- Agile, Project Management, or Lean certifications are a plus.
- Driving license and international mobility are advantages.
