YOUR FUTURE ROLE

To strengthen the specialized teams of one of the firms within the Square Management group in the Innovation / Data Area of Excellence, you will participate in various types of assignments:

1. Client Support in Data Governance and Data Management:
   You will assist clients in designing, defining, and implementing their Data Governance and Data Management initiatives to ensure the integrity, quality, and compliance of their data across the organization.

2. Operational Involvement:
   You will be directly involved in Data Governance and Data Management initiatives, collaborating with clients to establish data governance policies, processes, and necessary tools for their effective implementation.

3. Team and Workshop Facilitation:
   You will lead co-creation sessions, awareness activities to engage stakeholders and promote a data-driven culture within client teams.

4. Identification and Implementation of Technological Solutions:
   You will be responsible for identifying suitable technological solutions based on client needs and supporting their implementation, ensuring proper integration of the selected solutions into existing client processes.

5. Implementation of Tools and Solutions:
   You will contribute to the implementation of tools such as data catalogs, data marketplaces, Master Data Management (MDM) systems, and Data Quality solutions, supporting clients in solution selection and conducting solution benchmarks.

6. Client Education on Data Governance and Management:
   You will play a key role in educating clients on the importance of Data Governance and Data Management, training them and guiding them to foster a better understanding and adoption of these practices.

Desired Profile:

• You have at least 4 years of experience in a consulting firm, specializing in Data Governance and Data Management.

• You have hands-on and successful experience in implementing data governance frameworks within organizations.

• You possess both functional and technical expertise in some of the leading market solutions (Informatica, Collibra, Data Galaxy, Alation, or MDM solutions).

• You are capable of effectively supporting data offices, business departments, and operational teams.

• You have the ability to persuade, reassure, and guide stakeholders over time.

• Independent, pragmatic, and results-oriented, you can share your experiences in a dynamic and engaging manner.
