Afin de renforcer les équipes de DEEP au sein de la Business Line Customer Support and Operations, nous recherchons actuellement un(e) **System Administrator - Microsoft** **(M/F/n)**
**Vos missions**:
- Prenez en charge l’implémentation des infrastructures de nos clients, qu’elles soient au sein de nos datacentres ou dans les environnements M365/Azure
- Assurez la gestion quotidienne des plateformes que nos clients nous confient (incident, change, release, problème)
- Participez à la documentation des différents environnements ainsi qu'à la rédaction de procédures
**Votre profil**:
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme en informatique (BAC+3)
- Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience d’au moins cinq années dans une fonction similaire, si possible dans un environnement international
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement les infrastructures Microsoft Server, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, PowerShell, Microsoft SQL
- Vous disposez de compétences Azure/M365
- Vous êtes capable de démontrer des connaissances IIS, Sharepoint, Citrix
- Vous connaissez les processus fondamentaux d’ITIL
- Une maîtrise des produits SCCM/Intune est considérée comme un avantage
- Dans le cadre de notre stratégie d’automatisation, une connaissance pratique d’Ansible sera considérée comme un atout
- Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais, aussi bien à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
