_**CHRONOJOB Esch-sur Alzette **_recherche pour l'un de ses clients **un Assistant Financial Controller (H/F/X)**

**Mission**:

- Un Assistant Financial Controller est responsable
- Rend compte directement au Controller pour tout sujet pertinent concernant son travail.
- Assiste à la supervision de tout le personnel comptable.
- Coopère et collabore avec tous les départements en ce qui concerne, les achats, les livraisons, le F&B et le matériel divers.
- En relation avec les individus à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur de l’hôtel comme : les conseillers légaux, les compagnies d’assurances, les consultants, les audits, les commerciaux et les banques.
- Assiste à la mise en pratique et au maintient des procédures comptables acceptables et standardisées de la compagnie, généralement les mêmes que les procédures comptables classiques.
- Effectue ses tâches quotidiennes et mène à bien les projets spéciaux qui lui sont assignés.

**Rôle et responsabilités**:

- Assiste dans le contrôle des inventaires, des crédits, des débours, des deposits et des envois de fonds.
- Assiste au contrôle des dépenses et des recettes et veille à la protection des avantages.
- Tient à jour les comptes d’analyse et de réconciliation.
- Aide à respecter les délais pour toutes les transactions opérationnelles et financières.
- Identifie les besoins en formation, développe des plans de formation et conduit lui-même des formations pour les employés comptables et pour le personnel qui manipule régulièrement des opérations comptables.
- Etablit et maintient de bonnes relations avec ses employés.
- Aide à assurer la confidentialité des contrats et des situations financières des entreprises en relation.
- Assiste au suivi des principales dépenses pour assurer la consistance de la dépense avec l’accord initial donné.
- Maintient les compétences techniques et professionnelles à un bon niveau.

**PROFIL**:

- Expérience de supervision dans le département Finance au sein d'une chaîne hotellière
- Maîtrise du Français, et de l’Anglais
- Compétences informatiques étendues
- Maîtrise opérationnelle du PMS Opera
- Responsable et résilient
- Engagement à fournir un haut niveau de service à la clientèle
- Excellente présentation
- Flexibilité pour répondre à une variété de situations de travail
- Capacité à travailler seul et en équipe
