We are looking to strengthen our Digital Marketing Department with a specialist who has adequate experience with paid channels. The person in this position will be working to increase our sales across the world’s largest markets: the United States, Europe, and Asia.

If you have a strong background in paid traffic channels, a good command of tools such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads (or at least a fair understanding of how Google Analytics works), and your English is B1 or higher, we’ll be happy to offer you a comfortable working environment, professional growth opportunities that would be hard to find elsewhere, and generous pay.

**Job scope**:

- Launching and optimizing advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engines.
- Launching and optimizing advertising campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social networks.
- Managing a range of tasks in the course of creating/finalizing landing pages and promotional materials.
- Generating hypotheses, planning & conducting A/B tests.
- Searching for new growth points, testing new advertising tools.
- Paid channel performance analytics and campaign reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in planning, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns on search networks (primarily Google Ads) - at least 2 years.
- Experience in planning, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns on social networks (primarily Facebook) - at least 2 years.
- Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising. Knowledge of Google Analytics and/or other analysis systems.
- Experience with other paid advertising tools will be a big plus (LinkedIn, Bing Ads, programmatic platforms, CPA, etc.).
- A knack for Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- English proficiency level: intermediate or higher.
- Willingness and ability to work independently.
