As a Lead Data & AI Consultant, you will play a key role in developing and implementing data and AI strategies using Microsoft technologies. You will lead a team, drive innovation and ensure compliance, promoting Microsoft Data & AI solutions to address business challenges.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Leadership and Strategy**: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for data and AI initiatives, while leading and mentoring a team,
- **Technical Expertise**: Oversee the process from design to deployment of data and AI solutions using the latest Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure Data Services, Azure AI, and Power BI); facilitate migration to modern, cloud-based solutions on Azure; ensure the integration of AI solutions with existing systems; and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies (e.g., AI agents, generative AI, and AI reasoning),
- **Evangelism and Advocacy**: Conduct workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data and AI,
- **Regulatory and Compliance**: Ensure compliance with regulations and implement data governance and security practices,
- **Market Adaptation**: Address challenges of legacy systems, promote the transition to modern solutions, and engage with industry to stay updated on market trends.

**Must-have**:

- Proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau),
- Deep knowledge of Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks) and Azure AI services (e.g., Azure Machine Learning and Cognitive Services),
- Strong skills in Python, R, and SQL,
- Expertise in designing data pipelines and ETL processes,
- Knowledge of data warehousing and big data technologies,
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and data security measures,
- Proficiency in cloud architecture within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem,
- Proven experience in leading data and AI projects,
- Expertise in legacy systems and migration projects to Azure,
- Fluent in English AND French,
- Strong communication and presentation skills : ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Nice to have**:

- Experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and understanding of AI frameworks and libraries (e.g.,TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn),
- Relevant Microsoft certifications,
- Advanced security solutions skills (e.g., identity, endpoint, network, data, vulnerability,..),
- Experience in regulated environments,
- Knowledge of Luxembourg's regulatory environment.
