Job description

Our client is a rapidly expanding, global organization specialized in fund industry, **fund administration** and other financial services on behalf of **internationally operating** companies, **multinationals**, private equity firms, corporate clients, or **private investors** and/or their advisors.

Our client is expanding its office within the Corporate and **Depositary Team focused on PE/RE environment**
Luxembourg therefore we are looking for a **talented**, motivated, and pro-active **Senior Depositary Analyst**.

**Education Qualification**:
**Minimum academic qualification**: University master's in finance or equivalent.
- Professional
- **experience in a bank**, management company or audit firm.
- A solid knowledge of fund structure,
- **accounting, and custody flows**.

**At least 3 years** work experience within the funds industry. Prior Trustee/Depositary or PE/RE Fund Administration experience is highly desirable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assume responsibility for monitoring
- **all cash flows** passing through the fund platform following the given procedures
- Assume responsibility for the safe keeping of fund assets, whether through custody or more general verification of ownership
- Oversee the proper operation
- **of the fund platform,** implementing a number of ex post controls and checks to achieve it

**In conjunction with the direct line Manager**, ensure that the depositary services department complies with all legal and regulatory requirements
