**Experience Required**: Minimum 8 years in informatics, including 5 years as an analyst-programmer or software developer

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- At least 8 years of experience in informatics, with a minimum of 5 years in roles as analyst-programmer or software developer.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following domains:

- Database management systems (DBMS)
- Data warehousing (DWH)
- Data analytics or business intelligence (BI)
- Workflow/pipeline orchestration
- Cloud computing environments
- At least 2 years of experience with data science or analytics programming using one or more of the following:
XML, Java, Python, R, SQL, SAS and/or web services

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and provide technical support to analyst-programmers and related staff.
- Lead technical programming phases, demonstrating creative problem-solving and applied expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams through meetings, workshops, and working sessions.
- Review programs for consistency, quality, and compliance with established standards and guidelines.
- Define and manage quality plans, SLAs, testing strategies, and quality assessments for IT projects.
- Contribute to the implementation of project management methodologies.
- Conduct risk analyses, security assessments, and provide input on security aspects of systems.
- Review functional requirements and contribute to business case evaluations.
- Provide technical studies, expertise, and evaluations in support of information systems.
