**Onboarding Officer - Luxembourg (Permanent/CDI)**
We’re partnering with a leading global financial services provider to find an experienced **Onboarding Officer** for their growing Luxembourg team.
In this role, you’ll act as the central point of coordination for onboarding new clients across a range of banking and financial services. You’ll liaise with multiple internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process, from legal documentation to system updates - all while delivering an outstanding client experience.
**What you'll do**:
- Lead and coordinate client onboarding activities from start to finish
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Custody, Treasury, Account Opening, Billing, KYC, etc.)
- Oversee legal agreements and prepare supporting internal documentation
- Manage essential client data, including LEI creation and SSI sharing
- Support the development and improvement of onboarding procedures and client materials
**What you'll bring**:
- At least 5 years of experience in client service or onboarding roles
- Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and risk
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience with Luxembourgish alternative funds onboarding is a strong asset
- Fluency in English
