We are looking for a **Product Developer**based at our International Headquarter in Schengen, Luxembourg. As a Product Developer in our Product Development Team, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end product development lifecycle.

**WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Supporting the formulation and optimization of new food supplement products in various dosage forms (e.g., powders, capsules, liquids).
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Procurement, Marketing) to ensure product feasibility, compliance, and market readiness.
- Conducting ingredient research, benchmarking, and stability trials, including support in sensory evaluation and product robustness.
- Assisting in the preparation of prototype samples and lab-scale trials.
- Maintaining precise documentation of formulation records, trial results, and technical data.Participating in supplier communication for sample requests and specification evaluations.

**WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS**:

- A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food science, Food Technology, Nutritional Science, Food Chemistry, or related disciplines.
- Knowledge of food supplement ingredients, functional foods, or nutraceuticals is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and a structured, detail-oriented work style.Effective communication skills in English are required. Additional languages will be considered advantageous.
