**PM-International**is seeking an energetic and results-driven **ATP Tennis Account Manager**to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal to enhancing the relationship between PM-International and the ATP Tour, driving sales, and increasing brand visibility.

You will play a critical role in managing relationships with top players, organizing events, driving campaigns for the ATP Tour collaboration, and ensuring the successful implementation of marketing strategies tied to this prestigious partnership.

**WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ATP players, coaches, and physiotherapists
- Act as the primary point of contact for players regarding FitLine products and promotional

activities
- Organize tailored product kits and personalized communications for players during

tournaments
- Facilitate player meet-and-greet sessions and product demonstrations at ATP events
- CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT _
- Plan, implement, and drive marketing campaigns tied to the ATP Tour collaboration to maximize

brand visibility and engagement
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute promotional campaigns featuring ATP

players, coaches, and event activations
- Track and evaluate campaign performance, optimizing strategies for future success
- Leverage ATP collaborations to enhance storytelling and build a strong narrative around

FitLine’s partnership with the tennis world
- EVENT MANAGEMENT _
- Oversee FitLine’s presence at ATP tournaments, including the setup of stands and booths
- Coordinate event logistics such as product displays, staffing, and marketing material

distribution
- Collaborate with event organizers to maximize brand visibility and integration
- PRODUCT SUPPLY AND LOGISTICS _
- Ensure timely delivery of FitLine products at ATP tournaments
- Manage inventory to ensure adequate stock levels for events and player engagement
- Coordinate product access for players before, during, and after matches
- MARKETING AND EDUCATION _
- Develop and distribute educational and promotional materials (brochures, banners, and

giveaways) for ATP players and staff.
- Organize product training sessions at booths and other relevant locations to increase

understanding and usage of FitLine products.
- Support the creation of content, such as testimonials and promotional videos, featuring players and coaches.
- STRATEGIC COLLABORATION _
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align ATP partnership efforts with PM International’s broader goals
- Foster collaborations with top and former ATP players for endorsements and campaigns
- Explore sponsorship opportunities with player agencies and maintain relationships to ensure

long-term partnerships

**WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS**
- Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in professional tennis, either as a former ATP player or a manager of a player at the ATP Tour
- Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns, preferably in the sports

industry
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Familiarity with inventory management, event logistics, and campaign metrics
- Comprehensive understanding of the professional tennis ecosystem
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Results-oriented and proactive mindset
- Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
