**Manager Support Technique**

**Missions**:

- Contact téléphonique ou mail avec les clients pour collecter les demandes de dépannages ou entretiens ;
- Diagnostic téléphonique auprès des clients pour identifier les pannes et donner du support technique ;
- En accord avec le chef d’atelier et/ou le responsable technique, décider d’une intervention sur chantier si cela s’avère nécessaire ;
- Commandes de pièces détachés pour intervention dans le cas où la machine doit être réparée sur place ;
- En accord avec le chef d’atelier et/ou le responsable technique, décider d’un remplacement de machine si cela s’avère nécessaire ;
- Planification et coordination des interventions en fonction des priorités et du type d’intervention ;
- Suivi des interventions et réparations ;
- Recherche de solutions pour répondre aux normes de services ;
- Suivi de la facturation avec les clients ;
- L’ensemble de ces tâches peut concerner aussi bien les machines mateco que les machines clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Un brevet de maitrise ou une formation dans le domaine de la mécanique est un minimum.
- Avoi exercé dans un poste similaire ou avoir eu une expérience en tant que support technique.
- Être bilingue Allemand et Français est nécessaire pour une bonne tenue de fonction. L’anglais ou toute autre langue sera considérée comme un avantage.

**Missions**:

- Telephone diagnosis with customers to identify faults and provide technical support;
- In agreement with the workshop manager and/or the technical manager, decide on an on-site intervention if necessary;
- Orders for spare parts for intervention in the event that the machine needs to be repaired on site;
- In agreement with the workshop manager and/or the technical manager, decide on a machine replacement if necessary;
- Planning and coordination of interventions according to priorities and type of intervention;
- Follow-up of interventions and repairs;
- Finding solutions to meet service standards;
- Follow-up of invoicing with customers;
- All of these tasks can concern both mateco machines and client machines.

**Qualifications**:

- A master's degree or training in mechanical engineering is a minimum requirement.
- Experience in a similar position or in technical support.
- Bilingual German and French required for good official conduct. English or any other language will be considered an advantage.
