PROJECT MANAGER (H,F,D)

un(e)**:Project Manager** (h, f, n) - secteur industriel
**Vos missions**:
- Diriger le projet vis-à-vis du client en tant qu'interlocuteur privilégié.
- Prendre en charge tous les éléments essentiels de la gestion de projet tels que l'assurance qualité, la gestion des risques et le suivi budgétaire.
- Assurer un suivi actif auprès du client et entretenir une relation et un climat de confiance avec lui, et ce même après la fin du projet pour pérenniser les relations commerciales.
- Coordonner et déléguer, gérer les délais et les coûts et assurer la qualité d'exécution.
- Communiquer efficacement, coordonner, gérer et se concerter avec tous les acteurs du projet tout au long de celui-ci.
**Votre profil**:
- Votre formation : Ingénieur diplômé en Génie Civil / Construction ou Architecture ou qualification équivalente.
- Une expérience professionnelle d’au moins 5 ans dans la gestion de projets de construction (PM) est souhaitée, idéalement dans le secteur industriel.
- Une expérience dans la gestion technique des parties prenantes au projet.
- Bonne maîtrise des logiciels courants MS Office et outils de planification MS Project
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome.
- Pratique courante de l'allemand et du français, une bonne connaissance de l'anglais constitue un atout.
- Capacité de trouver des solutions innovantes sur des problématiques complexes face aux exigences du marché.
- Capacité de communiquer de façon persuasive pour faire adhérer au projet.
- Faculté d'adaptation, d’analyse, d’ouverture d'esprit, de curiosité et capacité d'écoute.
- Précision et rigueur dans le travail y incluant le souci du détail.
