**Marketing Manager - Reiseveranstalter ULT
**Produkt
- und Markenkommunikation, Organisation von Marketingaktionen, Online-Marketing**

**für die Segmente ULT Busreesen / ULT Cruises / ULT Tours**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Erstellung und Pflege von Inhalten für unsere Onlinemedien (Homepage, Newsletter, Social-Media-Kanäle)
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Website sowie Erstellung neuer Landing Pages
- Entwicklung von Strategien und Taktiken, um über ULT zu informieren, das Ansehen des Unternehmens zu erhöhen und qualifizierten Traffic zu erzielen
- Erfolgreiche Marketingkampagnen von der Idee bis zur Realisierung organisieren und umsetzen
- Verhandlung von Konditionen und Erstellung der zugehörigen Kalkulationen
- Mit verschiedenen kostenpflichtigen Akquisitionskanälen arbeiten: Content Creation, Pay per Click Kampagnen (YouTube), Eventmanagement, Werbung, Social-Media Lead-Generierungskampagnen, Performance-Analysen, um Unternehmensziele zu erreichen
- Aufbau strategischer Beziehung und Kooperationen mit wichtigen Branchenakteuren
- Marketingbudget aufstellen und überwachen sowie Mittel sinnvoll einsetzen
- Marketingmaterial von Website-Banner bis Broschüren, usw. überwachen
- Content über verschiedene Kanäle bereitstellen, um ein starke Webpräsenz zu gewährleisten
- Kundenverhalten/Feedback analysieren und Ideen entwickeln, um Kundenbindung zu erhöhen und E-Mail
- sowie Werbekampagnen entsprechend anzupassen
- Kommunikation mit der Geschäftsleitung über Marketing-Initiativen und Projekte sowie Erarbeitung neuer Strategien
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung, dem Sales Management und Produktmanagement sowie den Reisebüropartnern

**Anforderungen**:

- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise im Bereich Tourismus
- Serviceorientierte Grundeinstellung, Spaß an der Kommunikation mit anspruchsvollen Partnern
- Abschlusssicheres Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Kontakt
- und Kooperationsfähigkeit
- Projektmanagementfähigkeiten, Auge fürs Detail
- Erfahrung in der Identifizierung von Zielgruppen sowie der kreativen Entwicklung und Umsetzung kanalübergreifender Marketingkampagnen
- Aktuelle Kenntnisse zum Thema Online-Marketing
- Erfahrung im Aufbau und Optimierung von Google Kampagnen
- Zahlenverständnis, Verständnis von Kennzahlen
- Sinn für Ästhetik, Leidenschaft für ansprechende Texte und kreative Kommunikation
- Gute Kenntnisse der luxemburgischen, deutschen, französischen und englischen Sprache
- Bachelor
- oder Masterabschluss oder fundierte Ausbildung mit dem Schwerpunkt Marketing
