Proximus Luxembourg is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join the B2C Marketing Team of Tango on a permanent contract, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Communications. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing all Digital marketing activities within Tango including Performance Marketing, Digital Content for both website, social media, app and for building insightful reporting to monitor performance and build recommendations. The Digital Marketing Manager will provide strategic and operational support for the department’s activities.

**Missions**
- Performance Marketing:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google, Meta, TikTok and any other relevant digital channels together with the digital agency
- Drive targeted traffic and optimize campaigns to achieve sales-oriented outcomes
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI
- Identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends to ensure continuous improvement of performance marketing efforts
- Digital Content:
- Create compelling and persuasive digital content for our website, newsletters, social media platforms, and other digital channels
- Optimize content for search engine visibility and implement SEO best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, customer preferences, and marketing objectives
- Manage the editorial planning for all digital marketing related topics
- Responsible for day to day community management
- Reporting & monitoring:
- Compilation of reports (website e-commerce, media campaign & social media)
- Benchmarking - Sorting & Analysing Telecom industry digital marketing trends (innovation, website approach ).

**Profile**:

- Data driven mind with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrative proven track record of delivering outstanding digital campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok and Bing, with a sales orientated outcome
- Strong knowledge of Digital reporting tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta, Semrush, ), ideally a good command of other reporting tools (SAS, PowerBI, )
- Advanced excel skills (e.g. Pivot tables, graphs, charts) and proficient use of other Microsoft Office tools
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study such as marketing, communications, business, analytics or technology
- 5 years experience in B2C Marketing
- Languages:

- Fluent in French (written, read, spoken)
- Fluent in English (written, read, spoken)
- German/Luxembourgish skills highly valued
- Experience in copywriting mandatory (excellent) and SEO optimization.
- Confirmed experience with the use of a CMS
- Good experience in Social Media management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and illustrator is a plus.
