**Job Summary**

EasyBiz is redefining how entrepreneurs launch and manage companies in Luxembourg and across Europe. As a full-service fiduciary company, we make business setup and management seamless, combining legal, accounting, and compliance support with a strong client experience.

We are looking for a **Marketing Lead**to champion our brand, expand our community, and drive growth through events, partnerships, and PR initiatives. This role is perfect for a strategic and creative leader who thrives in building visibility, storytelling, and strong market presence, while still ensuring measurable impact through marketing operations.

**Responsibilities**:
**Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy**:

- Create a comprehensive marketing strategy and oversee the entire funnel.
- Design and implement strategies for lead generation through effective advertising campaigns.
- Participate in marketing budget planning and optimize expenditures.

**Manage Marketing Operations**:

- Oversee current projects and coordinate freelancers (copywriters, targeting specialists, designers).
- Define tasks, monitor deadlines, and evaluate team performance.
- Prepare and defend marketing budgets with the commercial director.

**Brand & Communication Strategy**:

- Develop and execute a marketing strategy that positions EasyBiz as the go-to fiduciary partner for entrepreneurs.
- Build and protect a consistent brand identity across all channels.
- Shape EasyBiz’s voice through storytelling, thought leadership, and engaging content.

**Events & Partnerships**:

- Organize and lead flagship events, workshops, and community meetups that strengthen EasyBiz’s presence in Luxembourg and beyond.
- Develop partnerships with ecosystem players (accelerators, chambers of commerce, co-working spaces, universities, media).
- Create sponsorship packages and collaboration frameworks to amplify visibility and generate leads.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Set up analytics tools and generate detailed performance reports.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and make adjustments to improve ROI.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer behavior.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- 3+ years in marketing, with strong experience in PR, brand management, or events/partnerships or other marketing fields.
- Proven success in startup, scale-up, or entrepreneurial environments.
- Experience managing external partners, agencies, or freelancers.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong communicator with a knack for storytelling.
- Ability to build networks, partnerships, and community ecosystems.
- Excellent organizational skills to deliver high-quality events and campaigns.
- Solid understanding of analytics and KPIs (experience with CRM and reporting tools is a plus).
- Fluency in **French**is a major advantage; English is required.
- Experience of using AI at work or in personal projects.
