We are currently looking for a “**Application Support Officer**” to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.
This job involves providing user support and guidance, including handling user requests, incidents, and bug reports, and ensuring smooth communication through various channels such as a functional mailbox, wiki, and social networks.
**Responsabilities**:
- User guidance and support regarding the use of the translation tool, including the GUI and the web service
- Assistance with monitoring and reacting to the functional mailbox
- Follow-up of incidents, user requests and bug reports
- Management and follow-up of user requests
- Coordination of wiki sites, collaborative sites or social networks
- Guidance regarding the use of the translation platform and its related suite of tools as a service and through the API
- Participation in user, service and project meetings
- Elaboration and implementation of relevant support processes
- Attending technical meetings with users
**Technical skills**:
- Good knowledge of web services
- Ability to respond to user queries efficiently and fast
- Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Analysis and problem solving skills
- Ability to participate in technical meetings and good communication skills
- Capability to write clear and structured technical documents
- Ability to participate in technical meetings and good communication skill
- Required technical skills include knowledge of web services, programming languages like Java or Python, or typescript and strong communication abilities with both technical and non-technical audiences.
