Bei Golding stehen die Zeichen auf Wachstum. Deshalb suchen wir zur Unterstützung unseres engagierten Risikomanagements-Teams am Standort Luxemburg zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt **eine/n Junior Outsourcing Controller (m/w/d).**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Verstärkung des Auslagerungs-Prozesses sowie Sicherstellung der Risikoüberwachung wichtiger und kritischer ausgelagerter Aktivitäten sowie externer Dienstleister
- Projektbegleitung bei Auslagerungen und Beauftragung externer Dienstleister
- Unterstützung und Gewährleistung der initialen und fortlaufenden Due-Diligence-Prüfung der Beauftragten
- Betreuung von Due-Diligence Anfragen seitens der Beauftragten sowie Pflege des Auslagerungsregisters
- Mitwirkung bei der Durchführung initialer Risikobewertungen vor der Auslagerung von Aktivitäten sowie jährliche Überprüfung der Risikobewertungen
- Unterstützung bei der Ermittlung und Bewertung operationeller Risiken sowie Überwachung von entsprechenden Vorfällen

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft oder Rechtswissenschaften oder eine relevante Berufsausbildung
- Bis zu 2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung bei einem AIFM/Verwaltungsgesellschaft von Alternativen Investmentfonds, einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft oder einer Verwahrstelle mit relevanter Erfahrung im Bereich Auslagerungscontrolling/Management von Serviceprovidern für einen luxemburgischen AIFM
- Grundkenntnisse des luxemburgischen Aufsichtsrecht (insbesondere AIFMD)
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englisch-Kenntnisse
