This expertise has attracted a very international client base as well as a multicultural and highly skilled workforce. Wishing to expand their business further, our partner is looking for an additional Senior Corporate Officer to join a team of seven.

**Your Responsibilities **|** Legal - Corporate - PFS**
- You steer the daily legal/corporate life for a portfolio of various high profile clients operating in PE / RE funds, Soparfi, holdings and SPVs.
- You draft and review legal documentation and agreements relating to standard corporate administration.
- You operate as the main contact person for clients and serve as an interface for relevant third parties (banks, Luxembourg administrations, notary, etcetera).
- You prepare and organize board & shareholder meetings, draft the related documents (minutes, proxies, convening notices, etcetera) and may be asked to assist.
- You review Junior Corporate Officer deliverables and partially oversee their tasks.

**Profile and Career Path **|** **Legal - Corporate - PFS**
- You cumulate **at** **least 3 years **of previous experience as a corporate or legal officer in similar structures (PFS, ManCo, etcetera) in Luxembourg.
- Given the international aspect of the business and the **English speaking** environment, English proficiency is necessary.
- You have a thorough understanding of the local fund industry and master the applicable legislation.
- You have experience in providing pro-active financial customer service and in handling a portfolio independently.

- Your salary can reach up to **€ 63.000** gross annually depending on your background and qualifications.
