POSTE
Your mission
Manages purchasing processes relevant to the defined category, program, or region,
Develops, coordinates, and implements purchasing strategies within the specified category or program,
Establishes and expands a strategic supplier base for the designated category or program,
Oversees and executes the sourcing process, including supplier selection, RFQ, negotiation, source decision matrix, and sourcing committee activities,
Leads contract negotiations with high-volume suppliers,
Regularly reviews supplier performance, enhances quality and competitiveness, and develops corrective actions when necessary,
Leads task forces at regional and global levels,
Steers the sourcing process for the category, including supplier selection, negotiation, and coordination with the sourcing committee,
Plays a key role in shaping the global purchasing strategy,
Facilitates collaboration with globally active suppliers, acting as the Global Supplier Owner for the assigned category.
PROFIL
**Profile**:
A Master's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field with a focus on Purchasing is required,
At least 5 years of progressive experience in purchasing,
Possesses a technical background or strong technical understanding,
In-depth knowledge of purchasing practices and global market dynamics,
Exceptional communication, networking, and negotiation abilities.
Experience in the automotive industry, including tier 1 suppliers and category management,
Expertise in the glass industry is highly valued,
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
