**Job description**: To reinforce our teams, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product/Service Owner, speaking english, to lead the development and management of a crucial development platform that will be utilized by hundreds of developers within a public administration context. As part of our dynamic IT services team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery and continuous improvement of the platform, aligning it with the strategic objectives of the public administration. **Your main responsibilities**: **1. Platform Vision and Strategy**: - Develop a clear and compelling vision for the development platform, aligned with the goals and objectives of the public administration - Formulate and execute a strategic roadmap that outlines the evolution of the platform over time **2. Stakeholder Engagement**: - Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to understand their needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement - Establish strong relationships with external stakeholders within the public administration to ensure the platform meets their requirements **3. Product Development and Management**: - Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to implementation and maintenance - Work closely with development teams to prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value and impact **4. User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design**: - Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the platform provides an intuitive and user-friendly experience for developers - Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and enhance the platform's interface **5. Release Planning and Deployment**: - Develop and maintain a release schedule, coordinating with development and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely releases - Implement effective communication strategies to inform users about upcoming releases and changes **6. Performance Monitoring and Optimization**: - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the platform and regularly monitor and report on its performance - Implement optimization strategies to enhance platform efficiency, scalability, and reliability **7. Security and Compliance**: - Collaborate with security experts to ensure the platform adheres to industry best practices and complies with relevant regulations - Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard sensitive data and ensure a secure development environment **8.
