IT services integrator, created in 1991, we position ourselves as IT comfort expert for the small and medium structures. To cover these services, we offer packaged based services and have a personalized service desk.
For larger organization, we are also active in the provision of IT staff and in projects both in operational and development field.
In addition, we also sell, deploy and install hardware (Servers, Storage, PC,...). We also offer technical consulting services.

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and seasoned Product/Service Owner to spearhead the development and management of a pivotal development platform within a public administration context. As an integral member of our vibrant IT services team, you will be at the forefront of innovation, driving the platform's success and aligning it with the strategic objectives of the public administration.

**Responsibilities**:
**Platform Vision and Strategy**:
Develop a compelling vision aligned with public administration goals.

Execute a strategic roadmap for the platform's evolution.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Foster strong relationships with public administration stakeholders.

**Product Development and Management**:
Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle.

Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes for maximum impact.

**User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design**:
Ensure an intuitive and user-friendly experience for developers.

Conduct usability testing and refine the platform's interface.

**Release Planning and Deployment**:
Develop and maintain a release schedule for smooth and timely releases.

Implement effective communication strategies for users.

**Performance Monitoring and Optimization**:
Establish KPIs and monitor/report on platform performance.

Implement optimization strategies for efficiency and scalability.

**Security and Compliance**:
Ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulations.

Implement security measures for a secure development environment.

**Documentation and Training**:
Develop comprehensive documentation for developers.

Organize and conduct training sessions to empower developers.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Proven experience as a Product/Service Owner in a similar context.

Strong understanding of software development processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with public administration processes is a plus.

**Requirements**:
EU citizenship.

Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in any other European language is a plus.
