Senior Analyst Depositary Bank Controls

**Your Challenge**:
- Review and / or perform the depositary's oversight controls in an accurate, complete and timely manner, and inform the Management about any irregularities detected in the course of supervision and oversight exercises in accordance with the defined Escalation Procedures
- Supervise / lead and organize external and internal due diligences on the Fund's service providers, participate actively to due diligences / on-site visits and audits carried out by external counterparties on the Bank acting as depositary, and deliver quality work in a timely manner
- Interact with other departments regarding complex regulatory matter by showing a high level of expertise and knowledge
- Act as a mentor and trainer for analysts and new joiners
- Review / revise procedures and work flows in accordance with sound operational practices, policies and regulatory requirements
- Analyze manual / non-standard processes and implement solutions to automate the work flow and participate to system enhancements and maintenance.
**Your Profile**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 5+ years' experience in depositary or investment fund management activities, fund administration or audit
- Excellent knowledge of investment compliance monitoring
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to independently manage completion of multiple priorities in accordance with deadlines and expectations
- Aptitude for learning and development in a dynamic operations and technology environment
- Ability to think creatively and analytically to solve complex problems and identify opportunities to improve existing processes and controls
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Good working knowledge in German is an asset.
