**Your missions**
As Senior Associate - Bank & Finance you will:
- Advise international and local clients on a wide range of banking and finance transactions, including structured finance, regulatory matters, and financial instruments.
- Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements, security documents, and other financial contracts.
- Work closely with banks, investment funds, and corporations, providing tailored legal solutions to meet their needs.
- Ensure compliance with Luxembourg and EU financial regulations, staying up to date with evolving legal frameworks. Participate in cross-border transactions, collaborating with international teams to deliver seamless client service.
**Your ideal profile**
- You have completed a postgraduate law degree, preferably supplemented by an additional qualification obtained abroad (such as an LL.M. or a business school degree).
- You possess significant experience in banking & finance, corporate, or funds finance (5-6 years post-qualification), ideally acquired at a top-tier law firm with international exposure.
- You are admitted to the Bar in Luxembourg or another EU jurisdiction, or you have attended or are eligible to attend the CCDL.
You are a team player who thrives in an international environment, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively and perform under pressure when necessary.
