- We are looking for a
**Commercial generalist** to support the local team to grow our business with attracting prospects and drive value and adoption of our customers in Luxembourg. As a Junior Account Executive you will need to create a strong internal network and collaborate closely with the wider team to ensure the customer/prospect receives best in class engagement.
In this role, you will be at the front of house team supporting Silverfin's Luxembourg go-to-market strategy. With a handful of clients already, we are still getting started so you will be able to have a strong impact on how we grow in the market. This could be a great opportunity for someone looking for a successful career in B2B SaaS Sales & Customer Success management.

**What You’ll Be Doing?**:
- As our commercial generalist for Luxembourg you have a wide range of responsibilities:
Contribute and deliver
- **growth revenue** to the Luxembourg business by:
- Manage inbound & outbound pipeline, working on nurturing and engaging with clients and prospects
- Understand their business issues & problems and create a compelling engagement by showcasing the value of Silverfin as an essential solution
- Run Demo’s and presentations of Silverfin advantages to prospective customers
**Support Client Engagement** by:
- Work closely with the customer and internal support teams to manage expectations based on their support agreement with Silverfin.
- In the growing stage, we expect you to assist with customer support issues and act as the point of escalation.
- Collaborate closely with your manager (Head of Emerging Markets), the Sr Product Owner, and the Customer Success department in assisting our clients to grow their Silverfin usage
**Marketing & Business Development** collaboration by:
- Serve as a business representative at industry events and conferences.
- Act as an evangelist for SIlverfin and Luxembourg market, contributing to marketing initiatives and having a excellent social selling score
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Technology departments to execute the aligned strategy (e.g. building our contacts, contributing to social media campaigns, driving attendance to events, providing content, validating assets).
**Who You Are?**:
- Accounting knowledge, preferably Luxembourg specific
- Resilient and willing to learn
- Self starter and able to work in an entrepreneurial environment, responsive to change
- Self‐motivated, choose to take ownership, enjoy self‐learning, and proactively drive success.
- Strong team player, willing to help, support and advise those around you, and open to collaboration and constructive feedback to evolve in role.
- Methodical and Strong organizational skills. Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple work streams, ie. proactively managing multiple customers, requests for support & escalations, have your own weekly & quarterly plan.
- Excellent communication skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively across the experience / management spectrum, translate between technical and non‐technical teams, and can empathetically communicate a customer’s pain to internal Silverfin teams.
- Strong commercial acumen. Ability to access risk indicators, devise proactive action plans to overcome. Confident in managing expectations, investigative questioning and adapting in pressure situations.
- Fluency in English and French
