**Responsibilities**:
In line with BCBS 239 and to anticipate the new core banking system, during in the first semester of 2021, the Bank implemented a new common Finance and Risk database RFO Master, that will serve as a golden source from various satellite systems in charge to calculate credit risk indicators, to feed the information to ALM and liquidity teams and to produce several regulatory reportings.

In March 2021, the Bank created a new department the F&R Factory under Finance to manage this transition and to ensure the quality of the results at each level of the factory from the data to the reporting, composed of four units.

**Responsibilities**

1. The unit F&R Factory Data Monitoring and Analyses (F&R DMA) composed of 5 employees is in charge of:

- quality control of the data introduced in RFO Master and used in different satellites,
- adjustments within RFO Master according a specific process and in coordination with the major stakeholders,
- reconciliations during the fast-close production with the accounting department,
- production of the Credit Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) computation based on the Basel III standards, used for the calculation of the capital adequacy requirements (pillar I),
- production of the Expected Credit Losses (ECL) according to IRFS9 standards,
- producing internal reporting regarding data quality and RWA/ECL evolution,
- providing RWA and ECL simulations and expertise for the Bank in coordination with the Risk Management department.

2. In terms of deliverables and key activities, **you will be responsible to**:

- process quality reports related to IT systems to monitor closely the data quality in compliance with guidelines of the Data Governance department,
- monitor the detected issues and proposed action plan,
- ensure the RWA and ECL correctness by assessing the involved data and processes quality,
- produce and analyse the quarterly RWA and ECL, based on the Basel III and IFRS9 standards;
- bring proposals for the enhancements of the IT controls framework,
- provide RWA and ECL simulations for all business lines (Luxembourg Market & CIB, Wealth Management and Financial Markets).

Must Have Requirements

**Your profile**
- At least five years of higher education/master (BAC+4/5) in the credit sector and/or finance,
- A banking experience of at least 5 years in the context of Credit Risk Management,
- Good knowledge of Basel III standards (CRR) or IFRS 9 principles for the excess credit losses calculation,
- Openness to change with a natural tendency for coding,
- Knowledge of Moody’s Risk Authority tool, MS Office, DataIku, SAS, Python, SQL,
- FRM certificate (will be considered as an advantage),
- Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as negotiating capacity,
- Fluent in French and English,
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, problem solving
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly,
