**Role Overview**

As a Credit Analyst, you will evaluate creditworthiness, ensure timely client payments, assess risks, craft detailed credit reports, and monitor portfolios while providing valuable insights to stakeholders and staying ahead of industry trends and best practices. You will report to the Finance Director and be part of the Finance Team, being responsible for facilitating the efficient functioning of the accounting department of the Satispay Group.

Your mission:

- ** Evaluate creditworthiness.** Analyze financial data, credit history, and economic conditions, preparing detailed credit reports with findings and recommendations.
- ** Manage payments.** Follow up on payment cycles for post-paid clients, ensuring timely payments and addressing issues promptly.
- ** Perform risk assessments.** Assess risk factors, make recommendations on credit limits, terms, and collateral requirements, and monitor credit portfolios for potential risks and improvement opportunities.
- ** Bring effective communication.** Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales teams and senior management, to provide insights and stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Your ideal profile:

- ** Relevant education and experience.** You own a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with over 3 years of credit analysis experience in financial services, and demonstrate proficiency in financial modeling and risk assessment.
- ** Strong analytical skills. **You bring strong analytical skills for interpreting complex financial data, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- ** Attention to detail. **You are detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities, adept at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- ** Team-player attitude. **You are known for integrity and professionalism, and you excel in dynamic environments while upholding ethical and regulatory standards.
- ** Language proficiency.** You are fluent in Italian and English.
