Essential Tasks & Ojectives
- Monitoring and optimising processes in relation to accounts receivable, accounts payable.
- Developing solution concepts for the permanent optimisation of business processes.
- Being the primary contact person for the employees from accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Motivating, strengthening the initiative and encouraging the cooperation between task force members.
- Creating analyses in financial accounting, forecasts, target/actual analyses.
- Developing working and decision-making bases.
- Gathering all finance-related information for the management.
- Controlling accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Monitoring compliance with the annual investment plan, as well as the budgets for the entire company and the target/actual comparisons.

Objectives
- Further developing and monitoring the ERP system.
- Collaborating and assisting with company audits.
- Creating reports for the supervisory board.
- Coordinating the allocation of leave and the TBs.
- Deciding on the approval of overtime and deciding on the use of flexitime hours of employees.
- Validating the expenses.
- Determining the need for training and professional development for employees.
- Providing the technical specifications for employees to be hired and dismissed.
- Deciding on the transfer of employees and on the hiring of temporary and special workers.
- Arranging for warnings to be issued, employment contracts and employer's references.

Responsabilities:

- Preparing the monthly and annual financial reports.
- Managing the group reporting.
- Preparing and drawing up the budgets.
- Personnel management incl. job and activity related instructions.
- The documentation of business processes according to quality management.
- Informing the managing director/supervisor about findings and conclusions from annual financial statements, business plans and quarterly financial statements.
- Informing about account balances, utilisation of credit lines, amount of outstanding accounts and extraordinary occurrences.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory or regulatory obligations to file returns and remit taxes and fees.
- Ensuring that the transparency of all financial transactions in the company is guaranteed and traceable at all times.
- Implementing and monitoring effective management information systems to control the company.
- Ensuring that the legal requirements and the principles of proper accounting and proper financial reporting are complied with at all times.
- Ensuring that the management has at all times the necessary operating ratios to perform its management duties.
- Paying incoming invoices within the payment deadline.
- Ensuring that the confidentiality of all data generated in the department is maintained.

Profile:

- Degree in accounting, finance, audit
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the same function.
- Team player, creative, proactive, flexible
- Good knowledge of English, German and French
