Senior Accountant

Description**Responsibilities**: Within an accounting team made up of 4 people, you will support the chief accountant on a daily basis and will be required to perform the following tasks: - Preparation of monthly and annual accounts closing operations - Prepare financial reports and participate in the preparation of annual accounts - Identify problems in the various business processes and work as a team to find solutions - Act as a "super-user" in our ERP system (SAP) by solving the problems encountered and by carrying out research in the data tables for the development of the various reports - Involvement in intercompany flows with group companies - Manage the company's fixed assets - Preparation of tax and VAT declarations, Intrastat - Management of the company's daily accounting entries - Various administrative tasks relating to the proper management of the accounting department Must Have Requirements - You have successfully completed a Bachelor's degree in accounting and have a minimum of 5 years' professional experience in the field. - You have a very good critical mind and are able to be able to think proactively and be able to make the necessary connections - You demonstrate good communication skills to convey information and instructions downstream - You are fluent in French and English. - You are competent and have an excellent knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, etc.) - Knowledge of SAP (FI-CO-PS-PM-MM) or similar ERP is an asset - Practical experience in consolidation, knowledge of IFRS and IAS are considered a plus - You are motivated, meticulous and determined We offer We offer a permanent full-time employment contract as well as good salary conditions in a pleasant and international environment.
