**Santander Asset Management is looking for a Technological & Operational Analyst based in our Luxembourg office.**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Have deep understanding of Global Group strategies and architectures to identify impacts and synergies.
- Actively contribute to the development of the global and Local IT strategy and strategic plan.
- Analyse the current technology environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
- Definition (functional and technical), planning and management of projects end-to-end.
- Experience with Agile Projects.
- Generate technical documentation to communicate architectural and design solutions.
- Oversee and facilitate the research, evaluation, and selection of hardware and software solutions as well as the design of standard configurations.
- Designing and implementing cloud operational governance, process and procedures. Assist technical operations with designing and implementing a cloud environment for the organization as well as on premise where needed.

EXPERIENCE
- +3 years of experience in similar rols.

EDUCATION
- Background in engineering, Computer Science or similar.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Good knowledge operating system: Linux, Unix, Solaris, Ubuntu, Windows.
- Good knowledge on Data Bases, BI tools and Data Lakes.
- Good understanding of networking: TCP/IP, IP Adresses, HTTP, DNS.
- Good understanding of key security is necessary.
