- Conduct functional and non-functional testing, including but not limited to regression testing, system testing, and integration testing.
- Coordinate and execute UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Robot framework.
- Collaborate closely with development teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Provide expertise in testing methodologies within the banking sector, including credit cards and payment processes.
- Ensure timely identification and resolution of defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both orally and in writing, in English, which is the primary communication language.
- Occasionally provide support in related areas such as Business Analysis or Development, leveraging previous experience in these roles.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, with practical experience of more than 2 years in an Agile Scrum environment.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum methodology, Database, and API testing.
- Experience with system integration testing and UAT coordination.
- Proficiency in automation testing, preferably with Robot framework is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Developer is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
