TMC is looking for a Senior Test Manager and Analyst for one of its clients.

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage, coordinate, and execute tests as part of a strategic program for the development of a mobile application and its notification system.

You will act as both Test Manager and Test Analyst, with an operational and proactive approach. Your role will involve defining and updating the test strategy, administering tools, organizing campaigns, leading UAT tests, and ensuring the overall quality of deliverables.

You will also be engaged in requirements analysis, designing and executing detailed test cases, as well as managing issues and continuously improving processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and update the program's test strategy and ensure validation by stakeholders.
• Configure, manage, and ensure consistent use of Azure DevOps for test and issue management.
• Organize, plan, and oversee test campaigns, ensuring schedule alignment and dependency management.
• Verify test evidence provided by suppliers and track test progress (reviewing plans, monitoring execution, validating issues).
• Lead UAT tests: user preparation, scenario definition, result consolidation, and feedback integration.
• Design, document, and execute comprehensive test cases for the critical scope (Notification Management System).
• Analyze functional and technical requirements, identify risks, and propose suitable tests.
• Ensure quality tracking, produce reports and dashboards, draft test reports.
• Facilitate test sessions and coordinate internal, external, and business teams.
• Suggest improvements for test processes and deliverables.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in software testing, including confirmed expertise with complex mobile applications.
• Proficiency in testing techniques and issue management.
• Extensive knowledge of Azure DevOps (test plans, test suites, test cases, bugs, dashboards).
• Experience in coordinating suppliers and leading UAT.
• Ability to analyze technical logs and use tools like Postman and Bruno.
• ISTQB certifications: Foundation required, Mobile Application Testing is a plus.
• Fluency in French and English; German and Luxembourgish are advantageous.
